Renova Floors Is Your Reliable Flooring Partner in Metro Detroit

Renova Floors has been installing and repairing floors across Metro Detroit since opening in 2021. We're a small, hands-on company - when you call, you're talking to the people who actually measure and install your floor, not a call center. That's on purpose: it's why we can stand behind the work.

We handle [installation](/flooring-installation), [repair](/floor-repair), [refinishing](/hardwood-refinishing), and removal for both homeowners and businesses, and every project starts with a free in-home estimate - we measure, bring samples, and leave a written quote before we go. No pressure, no follow-up gauntlet.

What Renova Floors Installs

We supply and install [hardwood and engineered hardwood](/hardwood-flooring), [luxury vinyl plank](/luxury-vinyl-plank), [laminate](/laminate-flooring), and [carpet](/carpet-flooring) - and we [refinish](/hardwood-refinishing) the wood already in your home when that's the better move. Michigan's mix of snowy winters and humid summers puts real demands on a floor, and we'll steer you toward the material that actually fits the room, not just whatever's cheapest on the truck.

We encourage you to book a free in-home estimate and talk directly with the person who'll be measuring your project. You'll get straight answers on materials, timeline, and budget - not a sales script.

Whether your project is residential or [commercial](/commercial-flooring), we bring the same crew and the same standard to every job across Commerce Township and the surrounding area. Financing is available - 0% APR for 12, 15, or 18 months - if you'd rather spread out the cost.
