Every project starts the same way: a free in-home visit where we measure the space, walk you through material options with real samples, and put together a written quote on the spot. We offer installation, repair, and refinishing for both residential homes and commercial spaces, so whether it's a single room or a whole house, there's one crew handling it start to finish.

Michigan winters are hard on floors - road salt and melting snow track in at every entryway, and dry furnace air pulls moisture out of solid hardwood all winter long. We help Ann Arbor homeowners pick materials that hold up to that: waterproof LVP and laminate near entries and mudrooms, engineered hardwood where humidity swings the most, and carpet with moisture-resistant backing in basements.

Financing is available too - 0% APR financing for 12, 15, or 18 months for homeowners who'd rather spread out the cost. Browse the floor types below for Ann Arbor-specific pricing, what our process looks like room to room, and answers to common questions.
